Chapter 1146 Meeting-3

Samuel entered the room which made every quiet. No matter his attire his aura was unmatched which made most people fear him but still Abigail covered her mouth and coughed trying to hide her sudden laughter.

Alistair just smirked while Marilyn and Andrew stared at him with a momentary confused expression but soon composed themselves.

Seth, the young man who was known for his introverted personality but at the same time for his brilliance when it came to technological innovations in hardware and software was also there. He didn't have much of a reaction as it was completely acceptable for him as everyone has a life outside the office.

He got busy sorting out different proposal that would be used to further advances the technological level of several of the subsidiaries that he managed for Samuel.

Manan, the current right hand man of Abigail also didn't mind his appearance. Meanwhile, Mary the middle aged lady who strangely had the same name as his aunt but was hundred times more responsible and upright than original Mary only gave him a warm smile.

She was used to keeping a low profile considering she was managing a huge foundation still, she was a tough nut to crack. Someone with experience and a desire to make a change.

With her strong moral stance and him giving her full power in managing the foundation, she was rigorously expanding their reach and in process helping more orphans and kids around the globe!

And Lastly, the person managing most of the Alphabet group in Samuel's absence, Fredrick Allen Wagler. Someone he hired because he knew this person would be a big name in the future and would still retain his greediness to a minimum level.

He wanted driven people but not someone who would lose their way accross the half way point. Either way, Fredrick was doing a great job.

Alastair was also having the same problem. His 'tiny' team wasn't enough to go through dozens of middle and large banks that they purchased during the financial crisis.

The progress was slow too slow especially for the large investment bank Bear Stearns that he managed to nab some time ago.

They had to ask for help from Rothschild family as well as hire private bankers but it still wasn't enough. After a year and half of grinding they had little to show for themselves but he knew in few years with right path, New Bear Stearns would become a integral part of the overall banking system that he wanted to create for the future.

" Do as you please. Also, I wanted to say just take a week off. There is nothing more important than your health and your family. The employees should also feel the burden so for bonuses just quadruple them for this month. There should be substantial cash flow in company accounts." He said it first because he knew if he laid out his hellish plan for them right off the bat, they might really collapse from fright.

" Four times? That would be a large amount." Seth frowned. It's not like he didn't want to treat his people better but he knew how much they were paying them compared to their competitor. Not to mention, there were thousands of people meaning they had to give out a lot of money.

" He is right. There is no need to do such a thing. They would be happy to learn about the sudden holiday." Abigail commented.

Her department was at a position were they didn't really need such bonuses. What every trader made in commission was enough for them to live a lavish life.

There was also no need for them to burn their brain to look for trade as Abigail would provide them general trend of different markets each day.

It was something Samuel cooked up last time he was here. There was no guarantee that the information he retrieve from other realm would work but as long as it did, he was going to take advantage of it especially for financial markets.
