" That’s my proposal. A fully autonomous entity that would solely focus on your results but I have to tell you there are couple of things I would need your help with in the future so you have to be prepared for it. I won’t promise that it wouldn’t be illegal but I know that you guys can handle it." He laid out all his cards and what he was going to promise them.

" One more thing, if anyone of you is going to refuse my offer there would be no hard feelings between us. I would appreciate if you keep whatever we discussed here a secret." With that he concluded his lengthy monologue.

" So we are going to be major shareholders and you are only going to be a minor one? I don’t see you getting much from this venture." Tom raised the question that was on everyone’s mind. It was hard to believe him being so generous with them enough to make them suspicious.

" Before that, you must already know what kind of man I am. While I do believe that doing good would bring good fortune but this world is far too sinister for people with such ideals to exist. I am sure you all have did an excellent job researching more about me and my companies." Samuel said with a small smile on his face.

Tom along with some of them who assisted him earlier about digging more things about Samuel felt restless.

" You don’t have to be like this. I know becoming fast friends is not ideal. I would have been disappointed if you were too trusting to me who showed you some kindness which wasn’t even planned.

Not just them, everyone else felt the same when interacting with him. It might be an influence of his leadership title but a big portion of it was because he didn’t hold anything back from them. He could have told them that they were only going to do some work for him and he would let them go promising them all the freedom in the world but he laid it out like it was.

How could it not made them trust him?

Jane recording the whole meeting listing down the names of people who she knew could make trouble in the future. She would make several contingency plans in case they decided to turn on Samuel, for that she would need Adrian’s help, the only hacker that could match these people’s intellect.

Meanwhile Samuel gave them some time to consider his proposal but he also told them that he would be leaving the country in a week. That was the best he could do because he had some urgent matters to attend to.

That concluded the meeting and they exited the room to make way for the next one. Linh decided to stay since she would be meeting some of her acquaintances, her mind was already made that she was going to follow the young man because she was just too curious about what he was going to do in the future. If that meant, that she needed to work for him that so be it.

Money wasn’t her driving force, she just wanted to understand more about things that she was curious about.

After five minutes, Nicole came in with Anastasiya and Robyn along with rest of the people that he rescued. He looked over them, it was first time he was seeing them this clean and composed but few of them were keeping their head down probably because they were scared to meet him.
