" Erik."

" As you wish your majesty." Erik came forward after taking out a stack of documents. He simply handed it to Arthur who refrain him from coming closer to Samuel.

" We have been aware of your existence for quite a while now. These are the things that we collected over the years, nothing more, nothing less." He stated.

Erik was ready to witness Samuel to go into a fury. It was normal for anyone to react that way when someone had been secretly keeping tabs on them but instead of anger, Samuel's expression looked like he was amused. He flipped through the folder and gave it back to Arthur again.

" Is this a move to gain my trust or something to blackmail me?" Samuel chuckled.

" It's nothing. I told him to do that because I knew you were extraordinary from the start. I promise I don't want any conflict with your family." The Queen felt the need to clarify things. She was risking a lot on her intuition that Samuel wouldn't take offence.

" I know. I just think it's a little too thin to be honest. It seems that fabled MI7 branch who is famous for it's extensive information collection could be this disappointing." He shrugged leading other party to be angry again. It's like he was trying to rub them in a wrong way?

" The world is rapidly changing, the things that were not possible few decades ago is everywhere. Only people like me, who are old had been through this chance and could correctly analyse because we lived through them and are alive to tell others about it." She paused.

He couldn't screen everyone beneath her that wouldn't abuse that sort of power. Even before that, it was questionable if they could truly come out of this victorious.

" Nothing for now. I wanted you two to meet and think of a way to exchange information."

" Are you sure? It will be like giving unfettered access to a civilian like me. Are you fine with this too?" He asked Erik who simply nodded.

Originally he was against the idea but seeing what this young man had accomplished in just few years, he was willing to take the risk. They would be dragged to the mub if the news about them still in operation got out.

They were skirting over the issue by combining their agenda to that fit of those that got black budget tenures from the government. No one liked to be ousted in the fear that they would go down with the ship.

But recent times were turbulent for everyone. With a recent economic crash and their enemies getting stronger, they could only join hands with someone that was not only able to pull his companies off the ground but also was able to become a dominant figure in financial wealth.
