Chapter 1081 Arrival-1

With a heavy heart, he finally glanced away from the window with a sigh. Until the end, he saw the painful expression on Elise's face. Even though she understood why he was leaving, it didn't mean that she was fine with it in her childlike heart.

For her, the days when she was with him was some of the best days of her life, she could play all day and didn't have to listen to usual naggings of other adults but first and foremost, she was closest to him.

Nonetheless, now he left the city there was nothing the little girl could do about it. Last time because she was throwing temper tantrums, he came but it wouldn't work the next time that's for sure.

One after another, everyone left to do their job. They weren't exactly free and since he was gone there was no need for them to stay at the airport.

Meanwhile at London, the situation was completely different. Samuel was coming home, it was already announced in the 'group'.

Many people didn't replied seemingly signalling that they didn't care but they were paying attention to it. These included people who were at the states like Liliana and Maia and others.

At the same time, Adele was thrilled. She along with Kate and Bella were the only ones in the city others were busy with their new semester.

Adele might not be familiar with the other party because they weren't in the same group but through Nicole, they had each other's contracts.

Adele wanted her to come with her to receive Samuel but Kate thought it was too much. She didn't want to disturb him feeling like an outsider who was content as long as he didn't forget about her.

He would learn everything after trying it for couple of times. She felt like it was a waste for him to not debut as a singer. His voice was magical, giving people different feeling when they listen to it. She heard him sing a lot and knew if people knew how talented he was, they would go above and beyond to plead to him to continue singing.

But he was too busy with his other crafts, from drawing to writing to acting not to mention running tens of billions dollar companies. She didn't know how he managed everything so smoothly.

That's what attracted her to him in the first place. Ever since they first met, she never saw him look disgusted or appalled by her shabby appearance. She was chubby and had long hair hiding her face and overall socially awkward.

Only now people see her transform from a ugly duckling to a curvaceous girl that turned head wherever she went but in her heart she would always have him because she knew if he didn't save her at that time she wouldn't be here.

Her family also benefitted a lot and she got a free education bringing her to the place where she was. How could she ever wish to repay him? Not to mention how he would look at her with those loving eyes, she knew in this life she wouldn't be able to love anyone else!

" We are here quite early? I don't suppose you have something to hide my face do you?" Her companion asked. They couldn't possibly go into the crowded airport without being noticed, there was bound to be someone that would recognise them.

" There is no need for you to worry. We are not taking the usual route. " Adele said mysteriously driving away from the entrance into what looked like a private lane.

No one stopped her and they eventually reached a fenced gate where Adele pulled out something which made the guard change his stoic face to one of a shock but he quickly composed himself and let her in.

They drove for a couple of minutes before arriving at a private hanger, where they could see about a dozen airplane parked neatly.

It was much bigger than any other facility and was in a corner of the airport, mostly hidden from the public. It could barely be considered a public property because they couldn't see anyone inside.

" You didn't think that he would do things normally right? His family is not just rick, these things couldn't be bought even of you have all the money in the world!" Adele said with a proud expression.

As the other party was a big star, she didn't have much chance to show off so she was using him to show off in front of her. What she didn't know that the other party didn't take these things to heart and seemed to be aware of the person that they were about to meet.
