Chapter 1050 Departure-4

" Pff~ Hahahahaha." As soon as he reached the door, he heard a silver bell laugher that he knew too well. It was Helga who was laughing uncontrollably. He stopped midway and went back to the living room waiting for them to freshen up.

Looking at the time, it was barely seven in the morning, the plane was set to leave at eight but he could call and delay it. There was also the issue of his grandmother coming in the morning to spend time with Elise.

For some reason, she was hell bent on being her 'favorite' person which meant she should be there when the little girl wakes up. He didn't care about her eccentricities as it was quite well known among whoever known her personally. He knew it was best to let her do her thing and stay out of it or else he would be dragged along in the mess, he couldn't afford to delay it further.

As soon as the flight returns from Russia, he would be heading back home first trying to see what was going on with Adele's debut album then meeting up with Kate to finish the business with the Green family, then he would head back to the states to meet up with Liliana and Rosaline before heading to the shooting location which was about to start in ten days from today!

" So, he tackled you to the bed and shamelessly exposed himself in front of you?" Helga chuckled. Even she couldn't keep sleeping through the loud noises.

" Wait! Why are you laughing? I am not trying to make a joke! I am telling the truth!" Genevieve was aggravated by Helga's nonchalant demeanor. She was trying to make her understand the truth about him but she was not believing her!

" Wouldn't you say it was your fault to barge in without knocking? He must have thought you were some cat burglar or something." She shrugged it off.

Meanwhile Samuel also breathed a sigh of relief thinking that the topic was over for the time being. He got up and knocked on the door trying to help her. There were no secrets between him and the girls so there was no need for them to get shy in his presence even when they were exposing a lot of skin.

Genevieve stared at him when he entered the door but she strategically chose to not say anything to him assisting Katarina with the luggage. There were some occasional talk between him and Katarina while she would just 'humm' or 'umm' to reply barely paying attention to them.

Seeing them so lovey dovey was honestly making her sick to the stomach but at the same time, when she occasionally glanced toward his way, she would remember what she saw earlier making her frustrated. She didn't know what was happening to her but she needed to control her heart beat not to seem flustered. Wouldn't they start to get suspicious if they saw her blush?

Fortunately, both avoided her busy with their own work and before Helga's exited from the bathroom they were practically finished packing. He was quite meticulous and methodical when packing, it was calming at the same time he liked cleaning things so it went smoothly.

They even finished Helga's packing in half an hour. He left them alone to get ready and called his people to tell them that they would be there in an hour so they needed to get the plane ready and secure the permission to take off from the airport.

No matter how much influence he had, it would be bad to flex out his muscles knowing that this particular airport was a major international hub with hundreds of flights in a day. There were many smaller airports around the city but his plane wouldn't be able to use them because of it's size after all it was a largest Airbus on the market which was customized according to his preference making it one of the most expensive thing he owned.

" Did you get everything? You didn't miss important documents right?" Katarina asked.

" Relax, if you do forgot anything. We can just mail it back or have someone deliver it to the door." Samuel waved his hand dragging their luggage to the elevator. Since they had already said goodbye to Mayra and the family, they didn't go upstairs to disturb them this early.

Downstairs, a large SUV was already waiting for them. It was provided by Samuel's people. There was also a small team that was following them who were responsible for accompanying Katarina and Helga trying to protect them from anything unexpected during their journey. He thought that he would meet his grandmother, Eleanor but she seemed to be late today. They started driving toward the airport with a melancholic look on their faces.
