" Grandma! I am sorry! I promise! I will not do it again." Elise escaped Samuel's grasp and came and hug Eleanor making excuses.

The old lady was satisfied with such a treatment, it could be considered that she won the first battle against her grandson for little girl's love!

She was very strict with her children but after the birth of grandchildren, she quickly transformed into a 'fun' elder which meant she had high popularity among them.

" Sami, I don't think that a dog. It's obviously a wolf! I heard wolf meat taste good if prepared well." She said with a hint of anger.

Elise looked at Samuel whobjust shook his head, a clear sign he wouldn't do it too. Elise beamed her signature smile and turned back to see the dog who was still bowing it's head while looking at her through the piercing blue eyes.

" I saved you just now, so you must follow me alright?" Elise trotted toward the beast and said with a proud expression. The black dog seemed to understand what she was saying, their was obvious gratitude in its eyes.

Elise squatted down and started petting the dog like it was most normal thing to do. Her hands were rougher than anything it had ever experienced before, she would tug at it's sensitive years and even bop it's nose but the dog didn't feel any uneasiness.

It would always flinch whenever someone touched him but Elise's clumsy hands were oddly comforting.

Samuel and Eleanor were grinning looking at such a lovely scene but same couldn't be said for others.

There were still few people in the room who witnessed everything. Two staff members and the retire firefighter were in a trance. They were wondering of they were in a dream.

Especially the staff whi had prior dealing with the dog, they never thought it could mingle with humans again but what was this? The little girl was playing roughly with it but it still looked calm and composed without any hint of aggression.

They were seriously considering whether this was the same dog, one of them even had the 'luxury' of almost getting bitten by it. At that time, He was just transferring some food to the dog but the animal almost pounced on him!

This was a common occurrence aming his peers which was why they transported it to the back, it was kind of a storage room. It laid there while the management would think about how to get rid of the menace.

Now it was being hugged by a little girl like a teddy bear. They had seen many dogs in their life but none could act so timidly with children! They awoke from their revery after hearing some footsteps behind them.
